We are a family run business focusing on quality and satisfied customers. We have been in business with the same name living in the same town for 28 years. I like to be able to meet my customers downtown, in the grocery store, at the post office, etc. and be able to confidently know they had the best job possible and converse with them freely for years to come.
A typical roof should last 20 - 25 years unless an upgraded product has been installed. But there are many factors that could foreshorten that expectation. We will come and inspect your roof and provide you a proper assessment and explain your options. Sometimes there is no alternative but to replace your roof.
One sign is if you notice shingles starting to lift, buckle, or curl up. Also excessive granule loss indicated by your eavestrough being full of granules or even on the ground at the end of your downpipes.
