I used Shaw for both my roof, my deck and my garage. In general the work was completed in a timely manner. However within a year after the roof was built we noticed water on our skylight and they came back to fix it. Some more time goes by and I have water leaking again. They come back and fix the flashing around the skylight. The owners notice that the wood on my deck has bleached more then they wanted so told me the would look into the warranty for the wood. I texted/ called with the owner for the rest of the summer and he stated he never could get ahold of Lowes. Johnathon was hard to get ahold

We selected Shaw Renovation and Construction from 3 bidders to replace our cedar shake roof with asphalt shingles. The crew of 4, Dan, his son, and two others that did the work were fantastic. They completed the job in 2 days, protected the area around the house with tarps during construction, cleaned up as they went along, blew the roof and grounds clean and checked for nails with magnets. The garbage dumpster was removed the day after the job was done. A follow up visit was made by the Project Manager to check the work and explain the labor and the product warranty. They did an outstanding job

Did many great jobs for John at Shaw Renovations all summer blood sweat and tears! At the end of the season he screwed over basicly everyone in every trade. Several liens have been issued now from different subcontractors and a lot of confused angry homeowners. I work to support my family now I have nothing to buy my two daughters anything for Christmas. Ive never felt so embarrassed to explain it to my wife that I have nothing to contribute this month. Save yourself the hassle and find a more trustworthy company to do your renovations or to work with.

Our fourth (and largest) contract with Jonathan was our most major being a significant kitchen-dining-family room renovation. We are very happy with the project and want to send a shout-out to Jonathan for the fact that throughout the project never once did we lose sleep because of our contractor. From planning to completion Jonathan was here in person early in the days, at the end of day and even to finish the week by covering the loose ends on Friday afternoon. We truly appreciated his dedication for communication, keeping us informed with progress and holding us to the need to make decisions

Shaw redid the roof on my house about five years ago and did a great job. Their service was great. A small piece of sealant came away during a storm a few months later and within a day they’d sent someone to fix it.
In December of 2018 I contacted Jonathan Shaw about building a garage on a pad that I had already had built. He came out to take a look and provide a quote right away. We had some discussions about the approach and after giving the go ahead he set to work on it with his crew. They completed the the garage quickly with excellent workmanship. I’m very happy with the results.

John and Jonathan Shaw have worked for me several times on both my own home and on a rental property. They have re-roofed both houses, installed new windows at the rental property, and built a double garage at my home. This past summer, they completed a full exterior renovation at my own home, including new windows, new front entry door system, new eaves and gutters, James Hardie siding and a new deck. I have had Shaw Construction work for many times.I first hired Phil about 10 years ago to re-roof my home,that I had just purchased.A few years later,i had Shaw demolish a single car garage and build a new double car garage in the rear yard. Two years ago,I called Jonathon to help me with some window issues and to improve the appearance of my home.I had them complete an extensive exterior renovation.They replaced all the windows,the patio door ,and both entrance doors.They installed new aluminum soffits and gutters,remove the old wood siding and refinished with stone and smooth stucco.The renovation

Shaw repaired our sidings and I greatly appreciate the wonderful job performed. From the initial contact to handing the final cheque for payment was as seamless as possible. It cannot get any better than that.
