Pinnacle group updated and modernized our 1990's home. From the design to finishing phases, they were really easy to work with. Best of all they stood up to their start time / end time guarantees and quote amounts, so we could plan our lives around the renovations.
Would highly recommend for anyone considering renovations. Paul/Brennan/Grant/Jami were always very responsive with any questions and concerns we had.

We found starting a reno to be a a daunting task, and needed some experience and advice to help guide us, both on design and affordability. We know what we like but aren’t the kind of people who read home and interior design magazines, and couldn’t easily describe what we wanted. We knew we wanted all aspects of our reno to work together., but where to start? At the beginning of our Pinnacle project, we filled in a project DNA form to define what we wanted. Our renovation project met both our needs and desires. The design and construction resulted in a more modern, uplifting and functional home. Pinnacle was responsive, professional, and did truly excellent work. I'm a wheelchair user and I moved into a new home that needed a few adjustments for accessibility. Not only did Pinnacle respond to my questions right away, but they understood the need and the time crunch to make things usable for me. They completely the job quickly, very expertly, and without the need for me to intercede at any time. They kept me up to date on what was happening and I could trust that they would get the job done! The entire experience was truly fantastic and I would definitely recommend their services to everyone

We had been to some of Pinnacles open houses that showcase their projects. Our decision to work with the Pinnacle Group was based on that fact that we could see the work they had done and could do. This was the selling point for us as we were impressed with their work. (Way better then looking at pictures!)
It was a bonus having a designer at hand who recognized our needs (and desires!) and was able to incorporate both to our taste.
There is very good communication among the Pinnacle project leaders and the trades. Changes are managed effectively. We were impressed by the quality of the work

The whole Pinnacle team was very professional and really good at what they do. They present a functional and aesthetically pleasing product in a very timely matter. We love being in our new space.
