We found Reid Brothers to be professional, efficient, and very reliable. From the beginning of our three projects to the end, their team has been most thorough. I was contacted by Brian, their Project Manager, at the beginning of our projects. He stayed in touch and walked us through every step of the way from start to finish. He told us what to expect and when service would start and end. He also did follow-ups upon completion of the projects. Technicians, Richard and Sam came in to check on our gas furnace and hot water heater (the latter had a slow leak), and to check on our kitchen sink tap

I want to thank Reid Brothers once again for being there when I have needed them. I have been calling them for five years, as everyone in our apartment building also does. They are always professional on the phone and in person. When I had my most recent plumbing issue they showed up quickly and efficiently, on time, and did a beautiful job. Very reasonable fees as well. This is wonderful customer service and care and I will definitely be calling the team the next time I need any plumbing or heating systems work done. Recently had Reid Brothers complete a yearly service our boiler and heating system. Very professional organization from start to finish.
The guy who came to do the work was pleasant, informative on explaining the workings of the system, and transparent on replacement parts. Will defiantly be using Reid Brothers going forward and highly recommend.

We have been loyal customers of Reid Brothers for over 15 years and they have been lifesavers on MANY occasions. They have installed and serviced our IBC boiler and water storage tanks, provided emergency repairs for a broken water line and for several 'no heat' situations over the years, performed annual maintenance for our heating system and come on multiple occasions to clean clogged shower and sink drains. This was my first time using Reid Brothers and they surpassed initial positive reviews I had heard and read. They were quick to respond to my problem sending a representative who thoroughly completed heat system repair and maintenance while also taking the time and energy to patiently troubleshoot my home's heating operating system to ensure issues would not re-emerge. They completed tasks above and beyond the scope of service and I could not recommend their service more highly.

I called Reid Brothers (RB) on November 26, 2019 because of a failed boiler at my house the previous night. Problem was the fuse in the Zone Control Board had blown. RB replaced with the wrong fuse 3 times and each one blew as soon as the power to the boiler was turned on. RB claimed the wiring was not correct and said it was not the way RB would have done it (the boiler was installed over 7 years ago and had been working fine until then). RB rearranged different wires and bypassed the heating zone valves to allow only the hot water tank to be heated temporarily and left. They would come back the

We have always had issues of not enough hot water and heat due to a seemingly complex heating system for several years. Excellent communication and service. We had Reid Brothers come in and do some repair work adding new water lines as well as new sink install. The guy who came to do the work was very polite and respected our home. He had the knowledge to answer all of our questions. Very satisfied with his work and the experience we had with Reid Brothers. I was having issues with sewer smell issues and my landlord had another company come in. The fixed the issue but it was still smelling like sewer, so I had Reid Brothers come in. Turns out that the previous plumbing company put a lift in backwards, and that was making my entire house smell like sewer!! It was fixed in minites!!! So professional, and great to have come into the home. I'm so happy with the work that was done for me. Thank you so much! I'll never call another plumbing company again! Best ever!!!
