Finally was able to fix my plumbing disaster in my guest bathroom - took time due to Covid.
Ocean Park had come in told me the problem was cartridges in my 2 shower stalls. Bought new ones, they replaced them and left, so $600 later no improvement. Brought in another plumber who told me the cartridges were never the issue, it was the valve in the wall. Replaced that and all well except the 600$ waste with OP.
On top of that, I had my fireplace serviced because OP had done a service 5 years ago, replaced $800 worth of parts, it never worked properly after that. The new gas man tells me that the

I called to ask price the day before and tell me $205 Including two hours. The second day Two people came and I thought them was very professional. They came for two hours and 20 minutes and they couldn't fix it. They put some Drain Cleaners in and told me to wait over night, They charged me $410,,,,they say because an extra 20 minutes count as an hour, and Because they have a second plumber to count another extra...I told my friends that they couldn't believe it!!

We had lower pressured water issue after City's roadside working. Mr. Clinton visited, checked and replaced main PRV filter with kind explanation why he was doing the job in each step. He finished his job with calling the City. I'd expected he let me call the City after his leaving, but he did himself. From the making appointment to the finish, everything was so smooth and I have no complain. I couldn't compare to other company about the cost though.

I would recommend this company to others 100%. Evan did a great job installing the new gas line, serviced the fireplaces and our furnace and then changed a part on our pool gas heather for free. A couple of months later (yesterday), the pilot on one of the fireplaces went off and I could not turn it on. I called Evan and he was at our place within a few hours and got it working again. This time he also fixed one of the fireplace fans (which was not working properly, was super noisy and for which we could not find replacement parts) and installed another part on the pool heather that needed to be

Terrible, had a warranty outside tap that they put in less than a year earlier, they did not honour it, said i would have to rip open my wall to put a different tap in. Had them cap it off, as it would be over $500 in repairs. They still gave me an invoice for $134, and their concession was 15% off. I purchased a valve from home depot $14, problem solved. never will i call these guys again....

The leaking problem was fixed. However I still think I can rate two stars for the service.
After a quick examination, the guy went back to his van and grab a soft pipe to change. He did not explain to me the problem, and the estimation of the cost. The work is so quick, just around 15 min I guess. After the change, he did not check whether the leaking is fixed or not.
You should give me an estimation of the cost before you start. I cannot watch you do the job all the time.
Wearing shoe cover is definitely not part of your SOP.
At last, I paid $147 labor cost for a 15 min job. Good ROI for you

Absolutely phenomenal service. Everyone was so kind and explained everything in layman's terms for me. Instead of trying to make me purchase a whole new furnace (like other companies did), they found the part locally and put it in the next day, saving me thousands of dollars. We used Ocean Park Plumbing and Heating when we renovated our old bathroom. They extracted the 40 year old pipes, roughed in the new ones, and were helpful in picking out the right fixtures at a reasonable price. The work was fantastic and I'd recommend them for all your plumbing/heating needs...not to mention the logo on the driver-side door of the company van is awesome!
