I have never been so disappointed with a service. I purchased the Groupon for $99 and was charged an extra $96 when the carpet was 6 inches past the cut off dimension.
The estimated time for cleaning was 3-5 days but I'm not at 3 weeks and still do not have my carpet back.
Both the driver and the phone operator are incredibly rude and inflexible. As I work till 5pm I asked if I could pick the carpet up. They said no but they could come on Saturday. Supposed to be at there at 10am. At 5pm I am still waiting and after all my phone calls I am yet to receive a return call.

This is the worst customer service i have ever ever encountered in my life..To start with i called up Angelos and the guy who picked up the phone was not interested in having a conversation. I asked him questions like " Do you use soap before you clean the carpet" and his answer was .."We have been in business for 30 years and let me know if you want to go ahead or not" ..Then i answered you are being rude and you need to relax your tone before talking to your customers and his reply was " Ok i dont want to do your job cos your asking me too many questions and that too

Groupon was cheap, so I got it. Trouble was, my carpet was 1 foot too big in both dimensions. Would be like an extra $10-20? Nope, quite a lot more. Guess you have a captive audience with a Groupon purchaser, unless they're willing to trim their carpet ;-)
Could I drop off the carpet? Errr, no. They do have locations, but those are not drop off points. They need to pick it up @ your place. Convenient, that. Especially since you need to book a pick up a week in advance. With a two hour window of arrival, of course.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I called to ask about cleaning verticle blinds, I was told the 'blind guy' would call me back within a few days. When I did not receive a call back after two days, I called to inquire as to why. I was told 'uhm, I gave him your number I do not know why he did not call you back' I stated, well I am not sure why he didn't call me back, that is why I cam calling you.
