Great job and no surprises! We are so happy with the new carpet and would like to thank Chris for taking extra steps to help us make the right choices for our situation, for making sure we were clear on the plan, and for helping to keep the plan on track. Also would like to thank Ejder for doing a wonderful job with the installation and for his attention to detail, especially on the seams and stairs. We could not be happier with our new laminate, tile, and carpet from Westvalley! This was a major project to replace carpet on two floors with laminate, install new carpet in two stairwells, and replace tile in three bathrooms. Christopher, our sales rep, was extremely helpful and patient as we decided on products and was able to easily answer all of our questions. Ejder (carpet), Greg (tile), and Chris (laminate) were punctual, friendly, honest, and professional and their pride in workmanship really shows. Christopher at West Valley helps us decide what works for us especially when it comes to changing our main floor to vinyl.He explained using the transition between the gap of our hardwood floor and vinyl floor & matching vent .He is knowledgeable & showrooms full of samples to choose .
Ejder installed our carpets in our four bedrooms and hallway beautifully!He had to move our furnitures from each rooms to the side before working on it.
He did all the heavy duty work by himself!

We contacted Westvalley via the online request form and the following morning, Zach contacted me and talked for 30 minutes, explaining the process, answering my questions, and giving an idea of what the cost would be. He came around the following day and provided a quote very quickly. He was very personable, patient, polite and available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. The carpet arrived when it was supposed to and we were very happy with Zach's customer service.

We just got our stairway carpet replaced. The process was smoothly with Christopher and after we decided carpet type and color the installation happened within 3 weeks. Ejder carried out the replacement of the carpet seamlessly in less than a workday. We are very happy with our new carpet and the price was very competitive!!

Just got the first part of our flooring project completed by Westvalley Flooring which was our carpet on the upper and lower levels of our home. Very, very happy with the install (and the carpet!)! Ejder was the installer and he was FANTASTIC. Arrived early, worked late, cleaned up after and was incredibly polite. I can't say enough good things about the man. Our hardwood refinishing begins next week and I can't wait to see the outcome. Likely another great review. I highly recommend this company and their great customer service (thanks for the follow up call Cory).

Westvalley was the recommended provider to help us with an insurance claim, and I was very happy with the results. Derek helped us pick a carpet that would work in the budget and our preference, and our installer Ejder worked so incredibly hard to get the job done quickly and everything turned out perfectly. Re-carpeting the entire upper floor of my 3-bedroom house was a project I had dreaded and put off for years. However, Westvalley Carpet & Flooring made it easy. Alana and Cory were knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. The installer, Ejder, was punctual, courteous, hard-working and did a superb job. I am so happy that we chose Westvalley to do our floors in our condo. They made the process easy from the very beginning. Cory was great to deal with and always answered any questions I had. Super happy with our install.
Had Westvalley complete our floors last week.
We had redone the upstairs a few weeks ago and were so happy had the main level completed last week.
Our installer Chris was the best (so good we waited for him to become available before we had the main floor done).
