Excellent service and excellent product - Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were building a new home and searched for a long time to find the right product for us. We had high expectations and he fulfilled them. Overall, a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them (and especially Aaron) for future jobs.

I found the materials for flooring and carpeting for stairs was varied. Kevin was most helpful with suggestions, prices, and letting samples be taken home in order to view them onsite. Person who came to measure, who installed the materials were very professional, work was beautifully completed, there was attention to detail ( i.e. placement under a door, placement adjacent to a floor in another room) and any debris was cleaned up. Extremely pleased with the service and workmanship. Thanks.

I was scolded via voicemail by Joan who works here, and was told that what I did “was not right, was wasting everybody’s time, and to stop calling other people”. What happened was that I was looking for a specific laminate sample to replace a small, damaged piece in my condo. I originally contacted the manufacturer, who told me that since the sample was no longer available on their website, I would have to contact dealers in my area. So that is what I did. We presented eFloor with a very difficult job. We were moving to a 2nd floor condo flat in a renovated duplex without an elevator and with hot water heating.
After selecting our material and signing the quotation we found out our condo had very specific requirements for the protection of common elements when delivering the material and installing the floor. eFloor made every effort to comply with the requirements.
The delivery without an elevator meant the crew had to haul 35 carton (80 lbs each) up the outside steps and then up a flight of stairs, all with no parking available near the front

Excellent place to shop for flooring. When we started doing renovations on our house, our contractor suggested we check them out. We spent some time picking samples, took them home so we could see how they looked I'm the space. Excellent prices and selection for a small space. If you are looking for a step up from the big box stores without breaking this is the place to go. Product delivered and unloaded into our house (for a fee), on time, in great shape.

I went to Efloor to upgrade my hardwood flooring through my insurance. They were professional and provide me great service and options that I wouldn't have received from another distributor. Although there were some bumps in the process, they accommodated me replied to my issues quickly. They are great staff that cares for you and the service they deliver.

I had stairway runners and five area rugs.
I searched a very long time for very specific rugs that they were able to source at a very competitive rate. I also had a very specific blind surge finish in mind, and they were able to accommodate. There was a slight problem with one of the edges, but they were very quick to make it right.
