Advance plumbing has, with their conduct earned my future loyality, confidence and respect. My every contact with them, from my first call onwards, was to a degree of professionalism, understanding and accommodation absolutely foreign in most of my previous interactions with trade professionals. Advanced Plumbing team were class acts from the owners working to arrange the quote and scope to the team who completed the rough-in on the bathtub to the young plumber who did the finishing. In each case the gentlemen were effective problem solvers.
The pricing was reasonable considering the high quality of the work. These guys are a credit to their trade.

I called Advanced Plumbing today to book a service call due to a huge water bill caused by a leak and a gentleman named Greg took my call.
After a two minute conversation he gave me some really great advice on what to check and advised me what to look for......
What seemed pretty obvious to him, was not obvious to me.
This company has gained my trust and I will definitely use their services in the future if the need arises.

We had both a toilet and faucet problem and Advanced Plumbing repaired both very efficiently. They tried first to fix our toilet and when that was impossible they installed a new one. They gave us our options and found the most cost-effective way of going forward. Andrei was great to work with.

There is nothing worse than trying to arrange a trades person to do a job without the support of customer service. It’s why I am so happy with Advance. I called and spoke to Greg and was able to get Andrei out the same day. Andrei was so polite and knowledgeable and suggested I invest in a new toilet. Rescheduling was a breeze (I received a text message confirmation of the date and time) and Andrei came back for the install and it was done in under an hour. He worked efficiently and took the time to explain what he had seen once he removed the old toilet, why it was contributing to the noisy

I have been using Greg and his team for over 15 years and always have had excellent service and great interaction with many members of his team. This time my mother needed emergency drain cleaning since there was severe backup. Greg was able to find the time and get one of his crew, Ian, to come out the same day and figure out the trouble. He was great and we were able to get things going and get a lay of what was going on down there. I always have and will recommend Advance plumbing. My sister came to visit me so of course the toilet had to break. I called around and made an appointment for the next day. Ian showed up, what a lovely guy. I told him I was renting (boo negligent landlord) and would be paying for it. He called his boss, Craig (or Greg lol) and his boss knocked $120 off the bill. I did not ask for this, suggest it, and to be honest it did not cross my mind so how surprised I was Ian took this initiative for me and the boss conceded. This is how you run a business. When I gave Ian a tip (I always tip!) he was adamant not to take it but I insisted. What a great efficient

We had Advance plumbing replace the Kitec in our house: it was more or less ripping out and replacing all of the plumbing. They were super professional, responsive and let us know when it turned out the job was bigger than anticipated.
They completed on time and at budget, and despite them having to cut multiple holes in drywalls and ceiling, they left it clean. The contractors who fixed and painted the drywall afterwards were amazed at the clean cuts and tagged drywall for replacement.
Would hire these guys again anytime
