The garburator got clogged. Called the first plumber who could come and it was Ace Plumbing. First of all, the plumber was late to our appointment. Then, when he arrived, he said he knew that the garburator got clogged. We told the receptionist our issue. The plumber came in with already knowing what the problem was and recited what we told the receptionist. The plumber didn't even check around the garburator but started to say that the basement pipes are plugged and we would have to tear our basement flooring to get at these pipes! What?? Really?!? The plumber hardly spent any time

Last week I discovered that our air conditioner stopped working. I phoned on a Thursday but they couldn't send anyone until Tuesday morning. Chelsea called me at 8am to confirm we were still expecting someone to come look at our AC and said Bernie would call just after 9:00. At 9:20 Bernie called and said he would be arriving in the next half hour. When he arrived he was very thorough in checking out everything and explained everything about the air conditioner. Bernie, today was my "furnace guy." Last year he was my "sink guy." He is not only thorough and professional, but he is friendly and funny, empathetic and concerned. During both visits, he not only did the job required, but he also gave extra advice, tips, suggestions, and service without charge.
Chelsea (my CS contact,) has both messaged and called me a number of times for this appointment - all in an effort to ensure times, dates, and services required, were convenient for me

I only just now found the business owners response to my earlier review and find it quite creepy and disturbing. I can't begin to relay how relieved I am to hear that despite the bazaar owners earnest and exhaustive personal efforts to hunt me down, they were unsuccessful because if they did, it sounds like I would have been forced to resort to legal and restraining order measures to simply secure and protect the welfare of my family.
Not just a shady plumbing outfit, but a deeply disturbing one that I obviously regret ever opening my home to. I am quite relieved by the gut feeling decision

Zero stars would have been my preferred rating for this company. I had the misfortune of receiving a call from my tenant this past Christmas Day that the drain in the unfinished basement floor had backed up at our rental property. We made some calls and eventually manged to get in touch with Ace. They advised me over the phone that the service call would cost $229 - which was somewhat understandable for a Christmas Day call out. I found Shaun to be very polite and he didn' t try to sell me anything I didn' t need. We have used this company a few times and haven't been disappointed yet. Shaun was on time and worked quickly. I really like the diamond club plan as all your work warranty is extended to two years plus you can use the club payment later towards any work you want done

Our renters called them to have our hot water tank checked the tech came gave us a diagnosis and and estimate to replace it. We called them the next day to discuss the estimate & book an install and the lady who answers the phone is not able to do this (after a very long spiel about their happy today guarantee just upon answering the phone ) and has to have the GM call us back (that afternoon)... Last year (Summer-Fall 2012) I spent many months trying to find a reasonable plumbing contractor who could replace my very old sewer line. I had had many sewer backups over the years and they were getting more frequent. I had a couple of companies who were working on quotes for me but they said it could take a few months to complete the quote. then I found ACE Plumbing.
They were fast I will give them that... they showed up for the appointed time, and the young man said he would need to charge me $79 just to come into my house, or he could video my sewer and charge me $240 and then told me

Not happy, I called them on Tuesday for water heater problem; they scheduled me for Wednesday afternoon, called me 1 hr before scheduled time to let me know tech. will be late. After 1 hr called me again that tech cannot come but will come Thursday.
So this tech showed up around 9:20 AM, checked the equipment (tankless water heater) and confirmed my diagnostics, a leaky heat exchanger. The parts are covered by manufacturer, ace plumbing initially wanted $1,445.00 to put them in, then came down to $1,000.00. The manufacturer gave me contact number of another certified plumber in Calgary, who agreed
