Right now I'm not happy with these guys. After promising that they'd have my window done in a week, it's been three weeks and two extensions later. Maybe the boss is sick? Deceased? I can't find any other explanation for the severe lack of service we have recently experienced with them. Maybe they broke the unbroken part? My tenants are dealing with a board in their door and I don't like it.

And again, this unicorn of a 5-star business has sold me the part for my shower door and saved me $1000 on a contractor and a new shower door. The lady at the desk there is bang on knows her stuff when she looks at a photo of the broken bit, she zips over to the wall of little bins, and fishes out EXACTLY what I need to make it right again. For less than $40, I got the hinge, the pin assembly for the door, and a rubber door seal... I can't say enough fabulous things about the service.
