Most awesome people here at Top Shelf. Our story.. We bought a Satin Nickel wire shelf from Lowes and could not find the hardware to match. Thinking it was just the one store we went to we tried another store only to find out from the sales associate they do not carry the hardware we needed. Who sells a shelf and does not carry the matching hardware? Top shelf to the rescue. The kind people at Top Shelf had every piece of hardware that we needed and now we can add the shelve to match the rest of our house. Something so simple and caused us a lot frustration but solved by Top Self. Thank you to

This is an awful company to deal with, do not do business with them. Please review the fair trade act before interacting with them, and ensure they are a Government of Alberta Fair Trade Act licensed business. It is illegal to ask for full payment and deposit from a home owner before any work is done. Do not give them a credit card, because then if there are any issues, they will still charge you.

Extremely disappointed with Top Shelf Closets & Glass. We are paying a lot of money for a custom product. Their staff, however, designed our shower door to industry standard without so much as a discussion as to what might best suit our needs, given our smaller space. The inexperience of the staff performing the templates and the installers really shines through. We now must practically straddle our toilet to open our door for shower access. Would recommend going with a different company.

I called Top Shelf Closets & Glass on Friday, January 29, 2021, because I needed a slip-on handle for my sliding glass bathtub door.
The salesperson was quickly able to determine the part I needed and understood the reason I needed it. When I arrived, Top Shelf even had an additional option for me :) I left with the parts I needed and was very satisfied!

Top Shelf is the absolute go to company for any closet shelving or shower doors. We built a new house and all of our closets were done by Top Shelf. We needed to make some custom plans and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We also got all of our shower doors through Top Shelf. If you're not using this company then start now. Fantastic customer service and they stand by their work.

Good product, but they're a struggle to work with if you're not a company. Getting closet doors I had to ask twice every email to get a response. Install was about as smooth, first attempt at a 12-4 install window I got a call that they would be there around 5. Second time I got a firm set time of 1pm, and finally got them there around 2. They admitted over email they're not set up well for walk in customers, which is certainly true. Good products, I'm sure they're good to deal with if you're a company buying a large amount, but for small jobs they just come off as not interested.

I recently stopped into Top Shelf Closets to pick up a new rubber door sweep for a shower door and although my interaction was quite brief they were great to deal with. They were attentive and pleasant when I got there and didn't end of charging me for the sweep. It is apparent that Top Shelf sees value in overall customer service and I will definitely visit them again when its time to tackle some larger projects. A great find simply through google and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
