It has now been a year since Felipe and his Versa staff completed a major renovation on our house. Both my husband and I could not be happier with our dealings with Versa Homes. During the renovation, Felipe, all of his staff and subcontractors were very professional, responsive to our queries and completed the project on budget and on time. The… construction site was kept very clean and organized during the entire process. A year later, our house looks just as amazing as it did the day we moved in. I was extremely nervous about our reno. So many decisions.... and functionality was critical, as part or our space is used for work. Versa made it amazing. So efficient, so friendly and so many amazing ideas!!!!! The result was better than I ever could have anticipated. I will have no such trepidation when our next reno project is upon us. Just had both bathroom floors and my master bathroom shower redesigned and replaced. Felipe and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. These professionals were very effective at putting my mind at ease by taking all the time required to explain and design what i wanted my bathrooms to look like. Felipe and 2… of his staff (Paige and Jason) were great to work with throughout the planning, preparation and completion of the renovations. Amazing to deal with - really made our huge deck repair/renovation as painless as possible! Very impressed with Felipe’s organization, communication and attention to detail. As with any project, unpredictable issues arose, but he took care of them without issue. Was dreading the stress of building our own custom home, but we are now looking forward to working with him and his team in the near future!
