Country Rose Homes was started on a dream of living in the country. Harold Dueck and Peter Thiessen, two childhood friends, partnered together in 1995 and helped shape our custom acreage home and renovation company to where it is today. The company joined the National Home Warranty Program and Calgary Region Homebuilder's Association (CRHBA), and adopted the specific business principles of integrity, quality, and customer service.
Building your dream home is an exciting prospect, but it can also be a daunting process. Many of our clients haven't tackled a project on that scale before, and don't even know how or where to begin. And that's ok, because we're here for you every step along the way. Customer service and transparency are two of our core values, and that's where you'll really see the difference working with Country Rose Homes.
Appreciating both the necessity and the costs involved with developing a custom home plan, we've partnered with HD Architectural to bring you this great offer with the goal of relieving some of the stresses that come with this important step. As a new homeowner, you need a set of plans to fall in love with and watch grow into reality.
We take great care and pride in every home we build, but whether due to material defects or simple human error things don't always work out quite as planned. That's why we've always stood behind our work with a new home warranty program, even before the Alberta government made it mandatory back in 2014.

When my wife and I decided to build a custom home for our retirement we knew how critically important it would be to find the right builder. For us, the right builder would be someone who would treat us as like a partner, be honest, act with integrity, and keep us completely informed all along the way. This was also our first custom home so we required someone who would take the time up front and answer all our questions and then guide us through the whole process step by step.
