Don't hesitate to call Grand River Heating and Cooling! They were the most honest and straightforward in explaining what was necessary for our heating needs. Very professional and took great pride in the work that was done. We also had them install a gas line to our generator a few years later! Great company, I've since moved but would recommend them to anyone! Bill and Amanda were wonderful to work with.

This was not our fist time using grand river heating and cooling and it will definitely not be our last! Our heat went out sometime last Friday, Nov. 19,2021, we called on Saturday and even though they are closed on the weekends they monitor the calls and called right back to help us out and sent out a technician for Monday. They are also in contact with you prior to the appointment and he arrived earlier then scheduled which was amazing. Explained the problem and what would need to be done with other options and quotes for a new furnace as well. Parts had to be ordered and a follow up appointment

As a first time customer I expected an answering machine with a “we’ll get back to you in 24 hours. I almost fell over when Amanda answered the phone!! Right from the start she made me feel welcomed and was so eager to try and accommodate my needs! Bill was able to come that same day, in July during a heat wave, to look at and actually fix my AC!!!! I was definitely expecting 2-3 weeks before anyone could come out! This is an amazing team and are now my go to for any of my HVAC needs! Highly recommend.

We would like to thank Bill, Amanda and Dylan for a job well done, from ordering and setting up our furnace, a.c. Purchase to our final installation they delivered a pleasant experience and excellent professional installation. They removed the old equipment and cleaned up behind them as they worked as well they took special care in putting down drop cloths and respecting your home. They also took time to explain and educate you on the new equipment, installation process and warranty as well as future maintenance to protect your investment. I highly recommend them for any hvac needs.
