There is damage caused by that man who come to my house last year for the furnace cleaning. Prior to the appointment, I call the co. to remind the cleaning person that my filter is a en eletrostatic filter, it has to be disconnected before cleaning, otherwise, it will cause damage to the filter.
After he left, there is sparks on the filter, something that never happens before. I notice it as I was doing my laundry. You send another guy to come by, clean that filter, he said the sparks is due to dust on the filter. I said to you the sparks is caused by NOT unplug the cord to the filter prior

I was disappointed with Ram cleaners. They showed up an hour and half late (11:30am) from the end of the appointment time booked (830am to 10am). The cleaners did not clean what was requested on the required list. Their attention was poor since there were dust, grease, urinal in the obvious spot of kitchen and bathrooms. When I brought this up to the supervisor, Holly. The only explanation was they would send the cleaners back and be charged more after submitting photos of what was missed by the cleaners. I will not be using their services in the future.

Worse cleaning service I've ever dealt with. Booked a move out clean for the house and it was to be completed in 1 day as we had to return the house to the landlord the next day. Showed up late and I had to call the company to make sure they're still coming after they called us they were going to be an hour late... The hour they told us had pass and no calls. So I personally had to call RAM services. Didn't even give us a heads up that they're late AGAIN UNTIL I called...

I hired RAM to do a yard cleanup (grass cutting and weeding) for a property in the SE June 12/19. The property owners visited the property June 14/19 and said it looked like nothing had been done.
Spoke to Holly - who said she had proof the technician had been there an hour (but did he do anything while there?!) She said she'd talk to the technician and call back, and didn't. Left another message - no call back.
Don't waste your time with this company they have no integrity and don't care if they lose customers and business as a result of shoddy and unprofessional work.

We scheduled Ram to clean our carpets and hired movers to move our furniture as some of it was really heavy. They called the day before and we confirmed the time and date. We then received a call 30 minutes before scheduled arrival and they said they had no staff so couldn't help us but maybe the next week. Our house was upside down at this point and they didn't seem to care. Really unfortunate for a company that has been around for so long.

On September 21, 2018 Ram Carpet Cleaning attempted to clean a wool area rug and damaged the fibres. The technician came to get me to show me the damage he had done with his tool.He could not continue cleaning for fear he would ruin it even more! We recently had listed our house. We were scheduled for an open house on Saturday so we called Ram to come clean our blinds. They came picked them up and returned them several days later. We let them do their work and paid them and they left. I then started opening the blinds and to my surprise some were not cleaned at all and the ones that were were had water spots all over. I immediately contacted Ram and they asked me to send pictures. I did and they agreed they could do a much better job and there should not be any water spots at all. I despise this company. They are very unprofessional and do not care about safety of their customers or a decent level of customer service. If you have an issue with them they will not return your calls and will hang up on you. They do not care about their customers and I will be sure to tell anyone I know about the poor service and how disgusting they are. Called Ram as we sold our house in Bearspaw and wanted to leave clean for new owners. I booked weeks in advance and paid by credit card for 2 people to come for 3 hours after all our belongings from moving company were out. So yes 2 ladies showed up but seemed surprised we were still there, than they informed me they could only stay 1/2 hour as one had an appointment i said I booked for 3 hours, they said they know that but their boss told them to come anyways. I have used Ram carpet cleaning services on my house since the mid 80's. I don't think I will be ever using them again. Certainly over all those years I was satisfied with their services and especially thought in most cases they had exceptional technicians that did the work. Extremely disappointed with my RAM Cleaning Services experience and subsequent attempts to get any sort of response from their customer service. On July 19th we trusted RAM with the cleaning services prior to the closing sale of our home. Following the buyer walk though of our home it was determined that the home had not been professionally cleaned, which caused my wife and I to spend hours cleaning the home to save the sale. RAM wrecked our carpet! Took our rug to RAM for deep cleaning. When we picked it up it was ruined and then were asked to pay for it. Only after agreeing carpoet was ruined we got the "I guess we won't charge you for it". Not mention of compensation. They suggested that if we wanted compensation we should take them to small claims court. I am out a $1000 rug. There were a bunch of excuses and blaming. No accountability or customer service. Stay away from RAM unless you want your stuff ruined!

I've used Ram before and was very happy with them. This time around was no different. Kingsley did a great job on cleaning my furnace and vents. I laid out the ground rules on his arrival. 1) Don't touch the walls with any part of your body 2) Don't ding the walls or woodwork with your equipment. He was very careful about that. Last winter I contacted them to ask if they could clean linen drapes as they were custom and very expensive. My home was being painted and it would be easier if the drapes were removed. The drapes were in perfect condition when removed from my home. My home is a non smoking home and the drapes were hanging in living room seldom used.

I booked a cleaning a week in advance and was told it would be between 12-2. I sat around and waited until 2, no one showed up or called to let me know. I called and was told that they were running behind and it would be another 1 to 1.5 hours. Totally wasted my time.
