I enjoyed working with the Interlock team throughout the project to install the new Interlocking Roofing to replace our 30 year old tile roof. David Thomas (VP), Mathew Laine (Sales), Shauna Cooper (Administration) and the installation crew under leadership of Janer were excellent in responding to my needs.

They just completed the installation of our roof and we could not be happier with the job. Janer and his crew were great to work with. We especially appreciated them working around our inability to get the replacement skylight on-site in time which meant they had to make an extra trip to finish the job. Roof looks terrific. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate them a 10.

My asphalt shingles were old, and I needed a new roof. I wanted something better than the shingles I could get. I contacted Interlock because I wanted good quality and a roof that would last a long time. My neighbor decided to put on a cheap roof, but I know that will cost him more money in the long run when he must replace it. I decided to pay extra so I do not have to pay again, saving me money in the end.
During the entire process I found the Interlock people to be very professional. I received enough information to help make the decision that was best for me with no pressure

Initially used this company to replace roofing shingles.
After the 2020 hail storms the roof required repairing. From day one I had nothing but issues; little or no response to initial requests for quotes.
Then the quote supplied was well over the amount being paid by insurance, in actual fact was quite an increase from the initial install only 3 years earlier.
Installation was delayed from the great weather of summer, but was commenced mid November after several heavy snowfalls.
Installation took forever, due to installers not turning up, with no information or apology... My house was left

When it was time to replace our roof we decided to go for a more durable metal one. After some research online we chose Interlock because it was the best option. Neil came out to meet with us and showed us all out options. He helped us pick the right roof for our home and garage. There was a wait for it but that's understandable as it had to be manufactured and scheduled during the right season to be done. We looked into interlock roofing and other roofing options for about 5 years. It seemed so expensive. However when we did the math for the cost of a lifetime roof verses the cost of replacing singles every 15 years and the head ache and mess that that is, we could see that Interlock roofing was a very good value. Typically we do our own work and were concerned about the quality of having a roofing crew do the work. The quality of craftsmanship was very high. I did a lot of research prior to selecting Interlock roofing. There are an abundance of good roofing material on the market but I was looking for a very long term and maintenance free product. Interlock offered an excellent product and a great warranty.
Their installers showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, and did the job within the estimated time schedule and price. Before the job was even started a few things were pointed out which required some slight roof modifications and venting changes. This was explained to me in a very professional and understanding way. Each time it was a stretch because I am not a rich person so I was interested in a permanent solution. I started researching metal roofs and came to the conclusion that a metal roof costs at least twice as much as a GOOD quality shingle or three times the cost of a regular quality shingle. In the end I decided to pick Interlock because I didn’t want to go through all the hassles and mess that comes with re-roofing two or three more times.
