Used GT Air to repair our fireplace. Their technician was professional and courteous and most importantly, honest. I was most pleased with the fact that he provided an honest assessment of the problem and I ended up saving a couple of hundred dollars compared to another companies quote that included extra parts and labour that was not required for the repair (all we needed was a thermopile).They were also able to send someone out within 24 hours which was a bonus. Thanks for the great service!

I have had a fireplace in my brand new home for the past two years that has had problems ever since installation. They made temporary fixes throughout their two year warranty and as soon as that time was up they no longer provided help, claiming it had a blockage from owner maintenance...worst company to work with, terrible customer service representative (Gerri Robinson) who acknowledged that they did not recommend selling the faulty product to the building company but did anyways...

Our AC broke down during a prolonged hot spell in Kelowna. GT Air Mechanical Services responded promptly with a service call and quickly diagnosed the problem. The service tech was friendly and efficient and was able to get our AC repaired and operational the very next day. Loving our cool AC house. Thanks for the great service.

I contacted GT Air when I was having problems with the company that installed my new furnace. Jeannie set up an appointment for me right away, and the service tech was a complete professional. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was able to finish installing the furnace (correctly!) for a very reasonable charge. I was thrilled with the service and value, and would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service! Our central AC unit quit on us last night, and these guys were able to come out within about 2 hours after I called. Their receptionist put me on the phone with someone who could give me an estimate right away, even though it was just a range, and sight unseen. The service tech they sent over was friendly and very professional. I'm always nervous about calling HVAC technicians, as I have no idea about this kind of thing, but they proved themselves to be capable, efficient and trustworthy. Everything is working much better now - thankfully!
