They were very helpful in recommending the right heating and air conditioning for our home. They were knowledgeable and very accommodating, friendly, no bs kind of company. On Dec 22 our thermostat screen was all jumbled again and it was 25 below with -30 predicted for the Christmas weekend. Again I phoned Pam. She said that although they were even busier that the day before, she would get a repairman to our place (north of Falkland) that same day.
Brent arrived just after 11 am, put in a new thermostat, showed us carefully how to use it, and checked out other things. He was pleasant, conscientious, and competent.
We have dealt with Applewood since they installed our heating system in 2008, and have always been so happy with their service. We have recommended them

Was Friday we phoned for an appointment for regards a furnace issue.Friendly efficient receptionist able to fit our call in before end of business hours.
Rob quickly identified the furnace issue and Applewood had the required part for our very OLD furnace.

I was out of town and could see from my smart thermostat app that my furnace was not working as it should. Despite being busy, they made me a priority. We were impressed with the service we received earlier in the year to install a/c in our home. So we decided to use them again for updating our furnace and we are very happy with the work they have done. They went above and beyond. One of the fellows saw we hadn’t put our a/c cover on our unit yet and without asking went ahead and put it on and turned the outside breaker off for us. They also left the utility space looking cleaner than when they arrived. Thanks for the amazing customer service!!!

From the initial contact after a referral from a friend we spoke with Scott who as it turned out we had worked together before with a different company we felt comfortable. Scott was a pleasure to talk with honest and helpful for the explanation and quote. Nick and the team were up for an excellent instillation and at which they detected two gas leaks that we were unaware of(which they repaired for us) the whole experience was excellent. When the heat pump in our Armstrong home quit working, we had a nearby contractor diagnose it as needing a new compressor.
