Phoned asking for pricing on a couple PTAC units, they said phone a local company in Kelowna, which ended up being a wholesaler only, so couldn't help me. Phoned Coral back and asked if they would make a call and just ask for pricing on a couple PTAC units for me cause I'm not an HVAC company. They refused to help me! Worst service ever! What kind of company flat out refuses to make 1 call and get pricing on something for a potential customer. Go elsewhere before phoning these people!

Slightly annoyed with the service. I will give them credit for coming out to fix an issue the same day, however, there wouldn't have been an issue if the furnace and A/C were wired according to the Code Book. This issue only became apparent when I installed a new thermostat. The original furnace installer connected one of the A/C wires to a furnace wire prior to hooking it up to the circuit board. The code book shows that both A/C wires should be hooked up to the circuit board directly, and not connected before. The serviceman said "they prefer to do it this way so that there aren't too many wires

GREAT JOB CORAL COMFORT!
Last week, we had Coral Comfort replace our energy guzzling electric furnace in Summerland with a super quiet 2 stage energy efficient Lennox furnace. Steve and Ryan were very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a very professional job - everything works and looks great - and a very fair price too. We would highly recommend Coral Comfort!

Our a/c broke down in the middle of a heat wave and from our first call outside of the regular business hours to the final install of our new a/c unit we were very impressed with everyone that we came in contact with. We had great service from ALL of the employees starting with the office staff right to the install guys. Thanks for cooling us down in this summer heat!

We just had Coral Home Comfort install a gas hot water tank and furnace humidifier. The work was carried out by Ryan Mackenzie and we were very satisfied with the work performed. The area was protected with drop cloths and the installation was top notch. Very neat and tidy work. The area was cleaned up and vacuumed upon completion. The bill presented at the end of the job was for the quoted price, even though the installation took a little longer than expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional HVAC work.
