A long overdue review... Mike is a first rate plumber, 3 or so years ago we had an issue with our sewer stack leaking right at the floor, Mike first recommended us trying a quick fix on our own, which did not work. He was able to complete the complicated repair both quicker than quoted and under budget. Despite having to jackhammer into the floor, he left the job looking like he was never there. Recently we had a small issue with a leaky pipe, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in no time. I would not hesitate to recommend Crosswaters Plumbing.

I have known Mike since October 2020 and called have called upon his services many instances. He very recently helped in resolving a major pipe burst and applying fixes within the same day. His skills and knowledge seems to be evolving each time for the better. He is honest, professional and very intuitive in finding solutions that are cost effective. Typically, when in need, I would call a few of the "bigger" firms that I am more familiar with. However, I attempted a job (that I botched), and was left in a bit of a mess. The house is a rental unit, so I needed to have an emergency plumber come out to restore water, and Crosswaters Plumbers was the one that answered. I'm very glad I made that call. A gentleman named Mike showed up, at the estimated time, fixed the emergency, and returned the next day to complete the job (not to mention he worked in the dark because the power to my street was out). Mike is very honest and sure knows his stuff. Awesome guy and did a fantastic job with our basement washroom and water softener installation. He even cleaned up after himself so I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues.
