I called Finan for help when the drain line for our kitchen sink became completed blocked (another company was not interested in the work). Finan was able to send a technician within 2 days to fix the problem. John and his assistant (Tyler?) assessed the issues quickly and everything was fixed within an hour for a fair price (and I was even able to use a coupon that I noticed on the Finan website!). Notwithstanding a small scheduling miscommunication for the service call, I was very happy with the level of expertise and professionalism from start to finish. I will use Finan for any future service

Electrician installed a receptacle. Went great, prices aren't the lowest but they are reasonable. They were the only electricians I could get booked in quickly (within 2 weeks). Everybody else was booked for 6 weeks or more.
They give you pricing when they arrive at your home. I'm not a huge fan of this, because if you decide you don't want to get the work done through them then you have to pay some $50 or $60 fee for them coming out. Luckily, their price was only 40 dollars more than the other company I wanted to go through but because they came quick, I bit the bullet.

Replaced our 37 year old AC and 25 year old furnace after the AC was having problems. Andrew and his crew did an excellent job installing these new high efficiency units and explaining what they were doing and how it all worked. All of the old equipment was removed and the cleaned up was very well done. We are very pleased and looking forward to many years of good service with Finan.

Dave,Tyler and Glyn worked for 3 days getting our 45 yr old condo up to code. We had them install all new electrical devices pigtailed to the aluminium wiring, a new breaker panel and meter base as well as lighting for my garage.
They were professional easy going and very knowledgeable explaining what and why everything was needed to be done. This.is the second time my partner experienced Finan's services from having her previous home brought up to code before selling. The service and professionalism has been consistent along with fair pricing compared with competitors.

We needed thermostat replacement and heating/AC maintenance. Office/dispatch folks kept us informed of arrival time. Technician was prompt and professional. Work was completed as requested along with training and tips for us. We were provided with clear billing details and we had the option to sign up for a maintenance plan. We would recommend Finan to others.
