Simply Floors is a family owned business founded upon three pillars: Experience, Quality & Service. We serve customers from Okotoks, Calgary, High River and neighbouring Foothills communities. Our group of flooring professionals has extensive experience with all types of flooring, professional and DIY installation, ordering, scheduling, design and project management.

Owners Yves and Barb Mercier bring over thirty years of flooring knowledge and experience to our customers, along with premium quality products and superb customer service from initial order placement through to the finished job. Our sales staff and installation crews are renowned for their knowledge, skills and professionalism.

Simply Floors opened The Flooring Outlet in 2011 as a space where customers & contractors are able to view and buy all types of quality, in-stock flooring at warehouse pricing. In 2018, the two locations amalgamated and now operate as Simply Floors & The Flooring Outlet from 103 Stockton Point (beside Okotoks Home Hardware).

Jennica was so helpful in finding a flooring for the Island we removed , friendly , efficient , along with the rest of the staff on helping us get all the trim, grout and goo I mean glue ,lol, we needed !!

After having one terrible contractor after another, Simply floors and their entire staff were amazing to deal with and easy. And when it came to install, they were polite, on time and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them for your next job. We will be using them again when it’s time.

I had a fantastic experience working with all the professionals at Simply Floors, from the front staff to the installers. The men who came to put in the floor were friendly, carefully moved my heavy appliances, did a great job fixing, levelling, installing and cleaning the room. And it looks stunning!

Excellent from start to finish! Wonderful customer service and a HUGE thankyou to Omar for the amazing carpet installation he did. He took his own personal time on a Saturday to come and install the carpet for us and did a phenomenal job! Very thankful and appreciative of his dedication and skill. Not very happy with their false advertising.
Took a few samples of carpets home that we had chatted with Dave about. When we decided on which one to go with ($2.99 sq foot installed - said the sticker on the back)... we were given the run around by Dave saying that price was only for bigger areas and not just one individual bedroom.
He was also 1.5 hours late for coming out to measure. Pretty frustrating.
In our experience, there seemed to be many inconsistencies with pricing. We had used Simply Floors a few years back for our previous basement flooring and stair carpets. Sad to say, we will
