I am very pleased with the service I received from Advanpro. The guys that came were very professional. They explained what they were doing and answered every question and concern thoroughly.
There was a problem with my furnace not wanting to kick back in. No fault of theirs. Every company has things go sideways, but its how they handle these. They went above and beyond. They had a technician out immediately and the furnace was up and running 2 hours later. I WOULD highly recommend Advanpro to anyone looking for heating/HVac service.

The team was great from the day we booked to the day they did the service. Their communication was great, they kept us updated with our appointment and details. They were able to come early and finished in about an hour and a half! The guys were so kind to our cat and dog, worried about their comfort, and moved throughout the house without making a mess or much noise. It was a relief having them out here and we are looking forward to having them clean our ducts again in the future!

Definitely a solid company! I found these guys online and decided to give them a call based on their price and rating on Google and they definitely did not disappoint. Communication was top-notch and the two fellows that came to clean my furnace and ducts were super friendly, professional, and extremely informative. I had a terrible experience with Advanpro, these guys are crooks.
I had then come out to diagnose and issue with my furnace. They said it was the gas valve and I need to replace it(around 700$) I said that's fine go ahead. Then very next morning the furnace went out again called them back they came and said they miss diagnosed the furnace and it was actually the control board. That's fine I thought mistakes happen, he said he dove a little further and now he says the furnace is completely shot that one heat exchanger is corroded and the other one plugged. So now I need to spend 4500

Had a leak in water line for fridge. They sent me a " Plummer" who came with no parts and was unable to fix. He said it wasn't a plumbing problem but I needed appliance repair. So appliance guy came out and immediately said absolutely nothing g wrong with fridge and that I just needed a braided line which is very standard with standard connectors. He felt that whatever plumber we had was totally incompetent if they couldn't repair. We ended up going to revy and getting the line and just attached it ourselves. But we had to pay for appliance call out ($120

I used Advanpro for the first time last fall and had a great experience. We've since started using them at our rental properties and at the inlaws'. We've had a different team each time, but they were all very friendly and were happy to take the time to explain what they were doing, and things I should look out for on our furnace and water heater systems. I very much appreciated that compared to the previous service company we used (Action) which always seemed to think that every visit was a good time to sell me something new without much explanation!

I used their service last week on October 26, 2018 at Groves of Varsity Estates NW. I wish I had read the reviews before so I can cancel the appointment. Too late! They left my unit dirty. Dust were blown out of vents and left the counters in living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms dirty. Had to vacuum and cleaned up. I even had to take the vents out to vacuum clean...what is worse, this morning I was doing my laundry I found out that they left the dryer's hose unattached! Lint was piling up behind the machine. Lazy and poor service. For 226 dollars. I emailed them on 26th to leave my concerns

I had a 2 person crew show up to service my furnace (1 of my 2 furnaces had what I believed to be an igniter issue) a while back. I showed them to the basement and left them to do their work. My wife called Advanpro, and was told that they'd call back the next Tuesday to arrange an appointment. Called them because my furnace wasn't running. The came in, changed a couple small parts (including one that didn't need changing), turned it on, and left. Didn't wait to see if the problem was actually fixed. For that they charged me $450. When the furnace failed again that same day, I called them and ask them to come back and actually fix it, and they told me I'd have to pay $250 more just to have someone come back to look at it, not including parts and labour.
