Took advantage of my 72 year old mother, installed her vinyl deck incorrectly to code and it is leaking in her garage. Tried numerous times to get in touch with him regarding repairs and warranty. Doesn't return calls or make himself available to speak with. BEWARE BEFORE YOU USE SIMON. SAVE YOURSELF THE ENERGY. OBVIOUSLY A PERSON TO STAY AWAY FROM.
