Our furnace quick operating while we were at work,called Atco and they came and tried to no avail .Robertson was called and we got an immediate responce ,after accessing over a phone call we needed a gas valve.Since this was way after parts store hours they advised us how to keep house warm till morning when part would arrive.Part was installed in no time and they checked over rest of furnace.Professional staff and great price.

You have been running my father in law around since it flooded last year. He is an old man with dementia setting in. You ignore my husbands emails. You sent an inspector here... you were paid for the work...when are you going to finish it??? We have no heat or running water. Disgusted at this point. How about being pro-active for something that was paid for. We know the unit need to be replaced. What the hell are you doing??

I would choose Robertson’s over any other plumbing company every time!!! We had a frustrating experience with other companies in Fort Sask so I switched to Robertson’s and the lady at their office was incredibly kind and helpful (a nice change from the woman I dealt with at another company. Won’t name names) They came when they said they would come, they were knowledgeable and fixed our issues right away. No hassle or issues. Very professional and kind HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

I had multiple issues with the scheduling, and felt the customer service was poor.
Edit: Upon completing the review, a representative reached out to me, and requested I remove the negative review, rather than offering an apology, or asking for my side (I offered my side).
We, unfortunately, will not be using their services anymore.

He was so friendly and got the furnace back up and running in under an hour. We had a problem with the ignition on the furnace not lighting the pilot properly and initially had ATCO come out to look at it, they couldn't do the repair for us and they suggested Robertsons. He came out during the blistering cold on xmas eve to get our furnace running again. Will definitely be using him for our future hvac and plumbing needs!

Had Robertson Plumbing guys in today to repair a hot water line leak on a elbow against a floor joist in the basement with wiring nearby and they did an excellent job! The guys were very professional plus friendly and did everything safely with putting up fire blankets! Highly recommend this family owned company and thank you to Connor and Josh today as you are the two who did the awesome repair!
