I was told by dispatch that the installer would have all the parts necessary to install a new 40 gal electric hot water tank.The plumber showed up,looked at the old tank and went outside thinking that he went to his van to get his tools and parts for the job.I went outside to look for him and the van was gone.He did not say he was going somewhere.I find out through the grapevine that this company goes out shopping for the parts and charges $125 for the first hour and $98 for each additional hour.Your first hour is almost used up by the time he comes back from getting parts.I phoned and told dispatch

5 stars for showing up and actually working ...I accidently put a nail into my water pipe when gyprocking and they immediately sent someone to fix it ...I'm remodelling the entire house and John G is doing all the plumbing...

Janos is the Picasso of plumbing. He re-did my entire house plumbing all the while a severe rain storm was taking place he and his assistant never stopped working. I bought a complex claw foot bath tub but for Janos no problem. He worked hard at making my vision of a Europe style bathroom come to life. Thank you Janos and yes I highly recommend John G Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things about John G! He was responsive, came on time, was a delight to have around for a few days as he replaced all the Poly B in our house. The work was well done and he is an excellent communicator, teaching as he goes, recognizing problems that we hadn't seen and coming up with inexpensive solutions. I hope his business thrives!

I recently used John G Plumbing to install a kitchen sink. I had used him previously to install a sink and vanity in my bathroom. John was able to fit me in quite promptly. Also, the countertop had not been cut out for the sink to be installed and, when I informed him of this, he said he could do that no problem.
Upon attempting to install the sink he noticed the sink was damaged and also wasn't lying flush on the countertop, so that day I returned the sink and got a new one, and John was able to make the time to come back and finish the install the same day.
John and his apprentice were prompt
