Services
Flat Rate Pricing: Initial Clean price is for the first service followed by the regular price for the ongoing service (weekly-biweekly- every 4 weeks). Please Note: The number of bedrooms is an easy way of estimating a homes size, so even if you ask us to skip a bedroom or if a bedroom isn't being used, please still include that bedroom during your booking.
Your credit card is only verified upon completing the form, and charged upon the day of your cleaning service. To ensure proper placement for your cleaning, we recommend booking at least 5-7 days in advance. If you require rush or short notice cleaning, we recommend giving us a call or using our contact form instead.

Les and his team came to my rescue on very short notice, took on a not-great job and did it with total professionalism and care. I don't know what I would have done without Modest Maids' service- I didn't know who to contact, so I just chose them out of a list when I googled "maid service, Calgary", and I was really, really lucky. If I could give them ten stars, I would- thanks so much!!!

Worst cleaning service I have ever used. Hired them as I am off for upcoming surgery. They did nothing, windows weren't cleaned, baseboards not wiped down, they didn't even move the area rug to wash the floor. When I sent my complaint the sent another team back and still did not do what was requested. The owner is impersonal and unprofessional. I highly suggest getting someone else if you'd like your place to actually be clean and not surface clean. The price I paid for a "deep clean" was far high for what they did. They didn't take the drawer out from under the stove

After hiring them for 2 cleans: a "deep clean" and subsequent "standard clean" we opted to keep using Modest Maids. Very satisfied with quality of clean, commitment to have the same crew clean my home and professionalism of staff.
