Scott did a wonderful job on my carpets. He explained clearly before he started how he would proceed, how he charged and how I could pay. It was a painless process and he gives the impression that he cares about your satisfaction with his work. In fact, his first job of the day ran late (I was the second) and he called immediately to let me know he would be later than we had agreed on. He was clearly upset and was relieved when I told him I had all day, not to worry. He cares. Use Scott!

Fantastic job! We’ve used their carpet cleaning three times in the past 8 years and each time the quality of service, results and level of professionalism has been truly excellent. This past year we had welcomed home a puppy and so we had several pet stains to be removed. The stains are completely gone! We absolutely recommend their services.

Once again I have a glowing 5 star review for Scott @ FabriKlean!! 4 Years ago Scott came to do a move in clean of the massive amount of carpet in my house, 4 years later in a house with 7 people, 4 cats and 2 dogs he came back to rejuvenate the carpets. With his knowledge, skill and amazing customer service he made my carpets look brand new AGAIN! Scott is a pleasure to talk with and a true master of his craft. Highly recommend him for anything you may need. First and only call for carpet cleaning!!!!

I reached out to Fabri Klean to get an estimate and book carpet cleaning for preparing a house for market. I explained the situation; A very smelly carpet that had several cats and a couple of dogs in the home. The cats had sprayed and urinated on the carpet and the smell was quite ripe. (Lack of words)
Scott was honest and explained the process of cat urine. The process of Uric acid in cat pee adhering to carpet and the smell might never come out completely. He explained even with a solution he can apply that kills bacteria but the Uric acid is forever binded with the carpet & underlay and floor

Scott arrived today right on time. I had a challenging sofa needing thoroughly cleaned. As life would have it my husband had to leave suddenly so when Scott arrived the sofa was sitting outside at the bottom of my stairs!!!! He was awesome! He and the neighbour moved it right in " and its heavy"! Scott had it looking amazing in no time. Then I got this notion that what I would really like to have it dry in the sun for a few days! I asked if he would carry it out again!!!!! He said YES! He was sweet as can be about it!
