I gave them a detailed description on how to get to my place (and even where to park), but they still went to the wrong house. Then they didn't show up at all!

I submitted a request for a move out clean estimate with their online form (date was not asked within the form). They responded via e-mail with "We are sorry. We are totally booked up for moving outs in the next weeks." ( I was seeking the service in 3 to 4 weeks). How can you deny a service when you don't know the date?
