Don't let the name fool you. A heat pump, when matched with an air handler, is an excellent alternative for both heating and cooling your home. Just think of a heat pump as a heat transporter, extracting warm air from your home during the summer, and reversing operation to bring warm air in during the winter.
For whole house heating and cooling, it's important to be efficient while also keeping the different zones of your house maintaining optimal air quality. A single Daikin central heating and air system is capable of handling up to 3,000 square feet and also able to customize the comfort level of up to 10 rooms independently.
All Daikin ductless heat pumps consist of an indoor unit, which is either wall-mounted, floor-mounted or concealed, paired with a quiet and compact outdoor unit. As you likely gathered from its name, a mini-split/ductless system is a split system, which means it has components that are located inside and outside the home.

Got an initial diagnostic from this company for a heating issue. The tech Robert was polite, clean, and professional the whole time. He was very good at explaining the problem and what was needed to fix it. The company was very responsive at my initial inquiry for setting up the diagnostic appointment. My main problem with this company was that after the tech diagnosed the issue, I was then charged a $49 diagnostic fee, which was at no point mentioned during scheduling or setup. Had I known this fee existed, I would’ve looked elsewhere for an initial diagnosis & price quote. I would recommend

This morning I was unable to get the heat to turn on, since we have a newborn in the house I wanted it fixed ASAP. So I asked for estimates on Goggle, Bob's was the first to respond. They set up appointment for a technician to be here 2-3 pm. He actually came early and was done by 2:15!! He even made it a point to sweep the floor under the work area!! I was impressed by his professionalism and surprised by the low price!! I strongly recommend this business!!

Bob's repair team is very knowledgeable and professional. I liked the fact that they are a small locally owned business. I had them install an HVAC and a water heater. Our heating system was not working. We had a company come out and tell us our heating system was shot and it would cost $3000 to repair. We called Bob’s Repair for a second opinion. It turns out we just needed a new thermostat that only cost us $189. We were so relieved and thankful that this company was so honest. Issam was the technician that came out and he was professional, friendly and and very efficient. We will definitely be using Bob again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

These guy were on-time, knowledgeable and professional! Bob’s repair gave me a great deal on 2 roof installed HVAC units. The purchase includes the best warranty I had found anywhere. RON and his team from Bobs repair installed our new air conditioner in about five hours. They covered the floor in plastic to keep everything clean as they carried the old unit outside and the new air conditioner into the house. I’m so happy and will tell all my friends to call Bob’s Repair if they need service or a brand new unit. Bob’s quote was $3,000 less then the competition.

Waited 17 days and they never called to cancel or schedule . I had called 4 times trying to book an appointment and they refused to give me a solid time or day. then when they did they fired an employee and never called any of his work orders to let them know . they told me I wasn't priority. I called tingly heating and he came withing 30 min and did the 5 min job ! for 5 min job and a 95$ service charge youd think they would have showed up or at least called to cancel.
