From first contact, then install, and post install service, everyone has been a pleasure to work with. The techs and installers have all been very pleasant and took the time to explain whatever I needed to know. I had an emergency months after install and was taken care of immediately. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Just called this Buisness they are listed a a service representative for Gree minisplits under the Gree website I called then to book a appointment to have someone take a look at it to see if I needed a new or not , I purchased a building and it was already installed so I didn’t choose this particular brand , the lady on the phone Ask me if i had it installed by them , I said not sure cause I didn’t purchase it new , I warned them to come in to see if it was fixable if not we would get a new one installed simple as that , so she said we can send someone over to give you a quote on a new one

Bought a mini split heat pump in June and it only worked for 1 week. Had to wait for weeks to get a service rep to come take a look at it then another few weeks to get them to come fix it. They came and 'fixed' and it worked for 2 days. Long story short it is now 4 months later and I have a machine that has never worked and I am still waiting on getting it fixed! This is unacceptable to me. If you want customer service, look elsewhere. I bought one of their new Mitsubshi Mini Splits and it keeps freezing up and spitting ice. Their service techs are not knowledgable or trained on how to fix the

Called for service/cleaning and once the tech came; noticed issues with my mini split in the basement (drain tube). Once he received the parts; he replaced it, set it to "dry" (as it was before) and left saying everything was OK. 2 days later I went downstairs there was water dripping out of the machine on the wall and the floor. My basement walls were nicely finished in wood and that section under the indoor head is now ruined. I called Atlantic Heating and Cooling and even though they are sending out the tech; they won't do anything for the damage it caused. The "Warranty Work" is going to end

Professional installation from start with salesman Yvon to finish with installers Marc, Juan and Adrien. They made sure that all cables were well hidden and that conduits and drains had a neat appearance and blended well with the contours of the house. Very friendly and helpful people. Plus comes with a 12 year parts, labor and compressor warranty. Highly recommended.

I have had the worst customer experience ever with this company. My issue stemmed from a high heating bill for a device that did not work properly. To get someone to come out was a labor of multiple phone calls. Once someone came out he said this device is probably not suited for your house. Not what was said by assessment folks. After this guy leaves I call again multiple times and a week later another technician came out. This guy seemed more competent and has indicated there is a problem with relay board and temp sensor and orders a part saying take around 1 week. This is the 2nd week with no
