Our well pump stopped working and Advanced managed to fit us in the same day we called. The person I spoke to on the phone was excellent, the plumber that came was excellent, the pump installation was excellent, but our problem turns out to be deeper than just a pump (we need a new well, too). They did everything they could to help us out and we'd happily use them again!

Called the reception after service call was done. Reception said nothing can be done.. acting silly laughing that she didnt get the point. You paid $300 for someone to come take a look at the problem, which they couldn't find or solve. And you get no help afterward .

Unfortunately I trusted this company with the purchase of one hot water tank purchase and the install of three I independently purchased for far less money ...the bill was 2,764.27... Thats right installing four hot water tanks and purchase of only one tank from this company cost 2764.27... There are to many good companies out there to over pay for a company like this... not worth it. Very costly

While it’s unfortunate I needed plumbing/heating help twice within a few months of each other, I was happy to be able to call up Advanced Plumbing again! Mike was excellent especially given how oddly setup our hot water heating system is. He was knowledgeable, efficient and quick to answer any of my questions!

Was having a problem with my furnace zone valve and didn’t really expect anyone to come due to covid-19. Called yesterday and arranged for appointment today. Mike arrived promptly(with his mask on) and settled our problem within an hour. No leaks and up and running. Checked the settings on my well pump while he was here. Great job Mike!! Will certainly be using Advanced Plumbing in the future.

I have used Advanced Heating and Plumbing now since 2018 and I find their staff knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and their pricing fair. The owner Daniel is also pleasant to deal with. I have used them now for plumbing, replacing a well pump and servicing a water conditioning system.

Terrible service. The plumber came to my door, was friendly, but was quoted $94 evaluation fee before she even came. Then before she started doing anything, quoted me $360 to unplug a kitchen sink drain. She did the exact same thing I did but cut the pipe to make an easier access pipe for snaking it. She had a bigger snake to run down the drain 3 times and couldn't figure out what the issue was and left me with a $200 bill. Would never recommend a company that leaves without fixing the problem.
