We are a reputable plumbing and heating company that has served the Fredericton and surrounding area for over 30 years. We install many products and take pride in our ability to maintain and complete repairs as needed. After working years with other companies, Edwin Stairs started his own company in 1986.

York Affinity Series offers a high efficiency furnace with a variable speed ECM fan motor that can adjust the temperature in small increments for your comfort.
Our technicians say the key to keeping your equipment working is maintenance. We offer a residential equipment maintenance program to our customers. If you don't want the worries of trying to remember the last time you had your heat pump serviced we can look after that for you. You let us know how many times you would like us to come (1, 2, 3 or 4 times a year) and we will give you a call when your system needs to be checked over.

Two years ago, E G Stairs' staff installed an electric boiler (replaced my very old model), two new mini-split heat pumps and a "toe kick' heater. Anthony was the sales representative who provided excellent solutions with sound advice. The installation was completed by E G Stairs technical staff who were very professional and competent in their respective trades. I have been very happy with the installations and continue to call on E G Stairs for on-going preventive maintenance (cleaning the mini-splits). Pricing was very reasonable and you are certain to get good results. I always recommend E
