Can't say enough good things. Our furnace was acting up, they came out, checked it out and gave it a good cleaning and tune up. It had issues again 2 days later, and they came twice in the same day until we got the issue diagnosed and solved. Great communication and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

I had a old interior oil tank to replace when I moved into my new house, requested by my home insurance. I selected Martin's for the work, and he was able to schedule the work according to my schedule.
His task was to service the furnace (which had not bee serviced in a long time). I believe this was done right, but how would I know?
The most important task was the oil tank replacement. The first picture shows the pipes at the time of the home inspection. The picture shows very clearly that the pipes were sealed (and were insulated in the wall).

We had Martins home heating install a heat pump last fall. They not only had a good price on their unit, they were very professional when they came to give us a quote, and install our new unit. A few months ago we had to have our outside unit moved as we were doing an addition to our home. They came back to move it in a timely matter. We will be getting them back to put it back in place as well we are buying another new unit from them for the addition. Nothing but good to say about the whole company!!

We regret having the recent services of Martin's Home Heat to install a LG heat pump. A written document by Martin's states electrical included, labor and materials, all work done to local codes. The work was shoddy with the drilling of 4 holes for 1 electrical wire, leaving sawdust that was never cleaned up and 3 unnecessary holes in the mini home floor for cold air and rodents to easily access the home, after needing to be informed of the issue they did spray foam the holes.
