We're THE Plumbing and Heating SHOP and our parent Company, Oromocto Plumbing and Heating Ltd., has been plumbing and heating since 1970. In 1972, we opened our First store in Oromocto and have expanded our presence to include Fredericton with two new state of the art showrooms under the name of "THE Plumbing and Heating SHOP."

Since 1972, we have been installing and repairing well water pumps, as well as sewage pumps throughout New Brunswick. We are also known as THE water treatment specialist, not only testing, selecting and installing the necessary equipment, but we have taught water treatment procedures for various manufacturers in our area.
I am very proud that we are known to have the best prices onHeat Pumps, Bath Fixtures, Water Treatment and Service. But anyone can offer the best price if they chose to do so, by buying properly and selling at proper mark-ups as products are a simple commodity. For a month I have tried to reach them by phone and only get the busy tone. some times Calling ten times a day but it doesn't matter. The only way to get ahold of these people is by banging on the door because it's locked and all the lights are off Inside even if the "open" sign is on and the posted hours say they should be open.
This isn't just once either
I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is wack

I try to shop and keep my business local and loyal whenever possible. They have been loyal in return by answering my immediate calls quickly in return and come if needed quickly and book appointments and keep the appointment once they are set. Products are wide in variety as they have more than just on display and “high quality items”; but not overpriced. They are willing to assist you both in the Oromocto and Fredericton locations. Plumbing staff have been trustworthy; knowledgeable and provide solutions I’ve needed over many years of service. I recommend this company.

I have been at the Fredericton location many times looking for heat pumps and bathroom renovation idea. We end up not just to buy heat pumps. I have learned a lot too. The owner and the store manager educate us something every time. So, we know more when walk out the store.
The coffee is fancy and we love it.
Now, we finally purchased two 18k btu units for the main floor and the basement. The store can arrange electrical service for you too if needed. I heard that they have in-house plumbers too.
Next, we may look into the bathrooms or even basement renovation. They can do it all for you.

Had 3 heat pumps installed by Jennifer and her team. They just make things so simple and were WELL below any pricing I received. My NB Power inspector even admitted they do over 80% of all the places he goes and he also highly recommended them. An added bonus: I got a $2100 rebate coming from NB Power as well!

Oromocto Plumbing and Heating were in to renovate our master bath. Amazing job! Everything went pretty much perfect.. Actually better than perfect. They took our vision and made it a reality in the time they said: 6 days! Came on the day they said they would and left on the day they said they would and completed the job! Quality is top notch and no issues. Honesty 100%! You really do get what you pay for! They do what they say they are going to do and more! We have been planning a major bathroom renovation for some time and after recommendations from friends visited the P&H Shop to discuss our requirements. We first met Jacques, the owner, and were introduced to Jennifer, the shop manager. My wife and I had our shower renovated by The Plumbing & Heating Shop to add value to our home before selling. They're very good at what they do.
This is a one stop shop for this kind of job. They looked after everything from helping pick out fixtures, to the demo, carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc. The renovation seemed pretty daunting to my wife and I, but The Plumbing & Heating Shop made the process so easy that we regret not doing it sooner.
Both the in-store and in-home experience were great. It's obvious that the staff and owner are experienced and take pride in their work. I'm a picky guy
