Used their contact info on their web site to enquire about having someone come in to look at our system and make recommendations about any possible repairs needed. Received a quick response asking if I was looking for a service call or looking to buy a new system When I responded that I was looking for a service call as our system is not throwing… out much heat, there was no response. I followed up 3 days later asking if they were able to help me. Still nothing. It’s been a total of 6 days after my initial message and still no response. Not at all impressed.

Unlike a couple other local HVAC companies, BG Services provided us with a quote breakdown for a HRV installation. The others refused to explain how they arrived at their quotes. BG Services was prompt in visiting our property, assessing our needs and quickly gave us a quote. We are very pleased with the pricing and service. The other companies should follow their lead.

The system never worked properly. After five years, the outside ductless split machine was replaced, but there was little difference in the system operation. The difference between the desired temperature and the actual temperature could be as much as five degrees! It was manageable. In the sixth year, their tech arrived an hour late for the appt without calling. He tried to remove the casing from the head for several minutes, yanking and pulling before he realized that some screws had not yet been removed. He dropped a screw but did not pick it up, so when he closed up the machine it was missing

The technicians were on time, professional and very respectful. We had 2 heat pumps and a generator panel installed. Once the work was complete you would not have even known anyone was there. Everything was left neat and tidy. I would highly recommend BG Services.

Incredible service! We had to cancel and get a refund from a local competitor who said it was impossible to put it where we wanted it in our basement, and wouldn’t do a site spec. BG came to the rescue with both a site spec and a great install. We are so glad in the end that we went with BG - highly recommend. They did exactly what we asked, while providing exceptional service. (New unit is on right)
