Last week had a major emergency with leaking pipes in the bathroom. Santos arrived promptly to fix the problem. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and dealt with the issue in an efficient manner. He took his time and provided excellent service. I was very pleased with the service I received. My husband Luis called the company on an emergency. Amadeus was there within the hour. My main house drain was clogged from the out pipe under my kitchen sink and flooding the basement. Because of his extensive knowledge and experience he provided us with great service and options to solve the problem and save us from having to tear up our basement and incur costly renovations! Santos is the best plumber I’ve ever used. He did a large remedial job on my sewage drain a few years ago, and another preventative one earlier this week. In both of these instances, he was friendly and very easy to work with. His rates were very fair and very affordable. He solved even difficult problems quickly and efficiently. And most importantly, he is completely trustworthy. I recommend him to all my friends, and he’s the only plumber I would ever use.

I had a backed up drain in the basement and I called a few companies and the first thing they suggested was that the main drain pipe should be replaced. Once i called Santos they quoted me over the phone that they probably could fix the problem by snaking and power washing.. So I agreed to their terms and the problem was fixed in 2 1/2 hours. Over the phone he quoted me for 2 hours and that's what he charged me even though it took longer.They were a father and son team. They were very polite and extremely honest. As for the other companies they were very dishonest probably because it was my mother

My experience with Santos Water was great. I called the plumbers as my kitchen drain was not draining at the speed it should be. The professionals showed up on time, snaked out the drain with the right tool, and prevented the blockage. Now, everything is fine. Thank you so much for such a quick action.
