We had Richard out yesterday, I just wanted to thank everyone for sending him and he was excellent. He had a lot of unexpected work that we had for him and he was just superb. These guys were called in March 2020 because my hot water tank was not working.I had looked up on google for Pete the plumber but I was very surprised that this company had showed up ( now I know from reading the reviews ,that they must be paying top dollars so that their ad shows up first ) needless to say they showed up and there prices were comparable so I went with them . The guy installed a new tank and charged me big bucks for a 40 gallon tank .
After he left , he left a large stain on my carpet from taking out the water heater ( 1 person job)

Highly recommend this company. Dylan came out to my house and installed our new water softener tank and we are very happy with it. He is very friendly and answered all the questions and concern we had. While he was there we asked him to take a quick look at our furnace for us and he did it with no problem. Very happy with this company and for Dylan going above and beyond.

Happy to write this review on Dylan & Kai who helped me get out of what would have been a worse case scenario today. I needed a hot water tank replacement and re-piping. Both were punctual, professional and responsive to the call, the service from beginning to end was entirely great. The situation was explained thoroughly, all of my questions were answered clearly. I could tell that they were a team. Kai was receptive to Dylan as they discussed what the plan was, possibilities and solutions. Dylan is knowledgeable and Kai helped throughout the work. Kai took charge of the last part of the service

Excellent Service. Came on a Sunday with no extra emergency charges. From speaking to the lady on the phone who was very pleasant and helpful to Dylan who came to address our issue. Dylan went above and beyond in helping solve our kitchen sink problem and when asked he installed a replacement toilet in the basement at the same time. Exceptional. Highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using this company for any plumbing , heating or other issues they address. Would Highly recommend them.

I called Need a plumber after discovering a wet spot on my kitchen ceiling. I was feeling panicked with it being over the holidays, and unsure what was leaking. Ashley answered the phone and assured me someone would be over quickly, she gave me a time frame window, and Jason showed up within the first few minutes into the time frame.
He was very polite, respectful of Covid and our high risk family, and helpful. Walked us through our options based on our budget, and was able to resolve the leak, and point out one that was just about to start.

Last November, while we were away, our furnace went out. The person looking after the house called Need-a-plumber. Robert checked it and advised that he could not get a replacement part to fix it and that due to the age of the furnace, we needed a new one. We wanted a Carrier but he advised that the new Lennox furnaces are more efficient. We told home to go ahead. The next day he installed the new one which was good. However, we had to fight with them to get them to accept a credit card for payment. We were 1700 miles away and could not get a draft or give them a cheque. Eventually they put part

Had a huge leak under my kitchen sink, I called Need a Plumber and the girl on the phone was very helpful with setting up an appointment and letting me know when the plumber was on his way. They sent Dylan to my house, he was knowledgeable in the issue I was having and let me know different options before he started the work. He was efficient and cleaned up before he left.
