Most of my experience has been good here, but if you get an older fellow attending your plumbing make sure you don't give him the responsibility of entering your home when you aren't there. He came to my home and was supposed to be at the home next door(duplex) when the key he had didn't work he tried to force the door open and broke the lock leaving us with no working front door for the new year. HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM BRADS.
Maybe call your office and confirm the address before you go trying to force the door open.

Hired Brad to install a gas line for my BBQ. He was able to get it done within a couple days and completed the work for less than the estimated price. Very happy with the work!

I had to call them out to our townhouse for a leak -- the water meter was running but had no idea where the leak was. They can investigated and fully repaired and checked to make sure it was the only leak! Fast, friendly and efficient!! Thank you.

I found Brad's Plumbing & Heating to offer kind and professional service at a reasonable rate. Their plumbers and receptionists were all pleasant to deal with!
They replaced my main water shut-off valve and 6 cartridges. After a couple weeks, one of the cartridges started leaking again (seems to have had a defective gasket) which wasn't their fault but they came back and replaced the defective cartridge anyways, free of charge. Impressed by their ownership in this matter!
I will gladly return to Brad's Plumbing in the future.

I called them this morning for a furnace that wasn't working properly. They told me they'd be able to squeeze me in sometime during the day and would give me notice. They found time in their schedule and everything was done before noon. Drew came and did his assessment and replaced the control panel. I was thankful it happened so quick as it needed to be done before th sale of my home could be complete. Great people working the desk, awesome technician. I highly recommend.

I know NOTHING about plumbing and I called so many different companies for quotes when my hot water tank started leaking. Brad's Plumbing was by far the fairest price. Big shout out to Red Deer's Brad's Plumbing and Heating. I called him yesterday at 6pm in this -40 degree nightmare we are living. Had an issue with my furnace not pushing enough air nor heat to warm the house sufficiently. He talked me through a quick fix to improve the heat delivery ( he was working on another furnace 20 miles away). He said to call if no improvement and he'd come by later that evening. Did my quick fix which worked immediately. He called me about an hour or so later just to check in to ensure we were getting heat...knowing the colder evening was on its way. SO IMPRESSED that
