Called after hours and left a message, not long after they called back and ran through some trouble shooting steps. Unfortunately the furnace needed parts. The tech figured out what we needed quickly and was very knowledgeable and awesome to deal with(sorry buddy I forgot your name already) All in all they have great rates(gave me a break on labor), and awesome customer service. Both of them ( Derek and JP) are experts in their field. Very reliable service; once our company called them for some trouble shooting, they were so prompt and they solved the problem right away. I highly recommend their service to anybody needing some plumbing and heating issues and concerns. At some point, I have to call them when the home furnace broke amid a cold weather (-41 deg), and got 3 portable heaters for me to use while the parts were being ordered. They were so helpful and they did an extra mile.

I rarely write reviews******I'm from Edmonton, this company went above and beyond diagnosing a garage heater issue for me. I hired a Edmonton based company who couldn't even figure out what was wrong. Took the 90$ service fee and ran(Huge company). DNA plumbing on the other hand helped me diagnose the issue via fb/text at NO charge! (i posted an ad on FB looking for help) On top of that they actually diagnosed the issue within an hour! They explained in detail the issue/ parts needed to fix my heater, walking me thru the whole process. If your looking for someone who actually knows what they are

Very competitive pricing and detailed quote, super friendly and efficient service crew They were willing to do everything we asked including changing our plan mid Reno and worked well with our other trade timelines. Even when unexpected problems arose they were quick to work with us to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.
