I have been dealing with Polar for years and the service has drastically gone down hill. Have a small programming issue with heater, they told me it’s a quick fix but won’t even make an effort to get the unit in without 2 weeks notice. You would think a company in this industry would realize that just isn’t possible for some companies. Taking my business elsewhere.

I'm providing design / install services for a local company building snow cat cabs for cat skiing operations. I worked with Polar and they have been second to none in terms of knowledge of the equipment they handle. Delivery of equipment was on time as promised and early in some cases. Answers to questions were handled well. Products are good quality (my experience is limited to their Red Dot brand equipment). Don't be afraid to go with these guys if your a professional looking for a reliable, quality distributor for mobile HVAC equipment.
