Please hire your 17 year old before you hire this company, they are not in time, the owner is a guy with a lot of anger and hate towards women and to add some excitement to that!! he blackmails and threatens customers.

First off I was quoted a decent amount hence why I chose Pronto Inc. the end result to replace a broken fill valve was far off from the price we discussed over the phone. When I confronted the owner to correct the pricing, he was very hostile and angry. I would never recommend this scammer, takes advantage of women. My husband said it was a pump that cost max $20 he charged us over $80 just for the replacement part. On top of his hourly fee & repair that took maybe a whole 10-12 minutes.

Had Pronto out today to fix a clogged bathroom sink. It turned out to be a more complicated situation than originally thought, but they spent the time figuring it out.
They were extremely friendly and professional and left my place spotless after the job was complete.
Will be recommending them to anyone I know who may need plumbing service in the future.

Lower bath backup. Paid Pronto $483.00 to camera and clear tree roots. Was told by tech that it should be good for a year or two. That was on March 20th. May 26...same issue happened again. I called them back. The owner is a very rude, obnoxious woman. She told me that drains were not cars and they would not offer any warranty, nor would they give me any kind of a discount to go back and clear what they obviously missed the first time. We’ve had the displeasure of dealing with multiple sewer issues over the last two years thanks to our kids. We’ve reached out to 4 different plumbing companies to get things fixed as they happened. Pronto was by far the best one. The came to our house really fast, were reasonably priced, solved things quickly and explained to us what is happening with our line and how to prevent future issues. Sam and Joe came to house to do a very small but important job of cleaning out a sump. Very professional and clearly passionate about doing green plumbing rather than chemicals. They left with cleaning everything that needed to be and gave me some suggestions to fix my sewer problem as well. Would definitely call again.

After taking over a strip mall in the S.E. I had ongoing (once a week) backups in one of our restaurant units bathrooms, after using numerous Plumbing companies and paying large bills almost every week for them to come and auger the drain I had Pronto come (showed up within the hour) who after explaining my frustrations to, John then requested to camera the drain at which point he showed me that the drain from the women's washroom and men's washroom were connected to the outgoing drain with a T connection (essentially water made its way out and most of the waste ran back and forth until it would
