I came home from vacation to find the shower head in my master bathroom on the ground and the handle sprayed water when I went to turn it on. I had to shut the water off in my home to stop it. The following evening, Andrew was able to remove the old shower part that had cracked, install the new one and reattach the shower head in an hour to get my shower working again. In addition, he reattached a handle on my sink faucet while he was there and looked at a toilet that I was having issues with.

It is stressful to deal with a leak problem. Glad I found these guys. They were responsive and walked me through to avoid any more damage while I waited for them. Andrew was professional and pleasant when he arrived. Unlike the unfortunate stigma of plumbers. He arranged a time that very day and repaired my leak with new pipe and toilet installed. Price is fair for the amazing and quality of work in such short notice. Found out they also do furnace work as well. I will be definitely be using them again for my furnace in the near future.

This was an amazing experience. The owner personally came out and investigated our leak. It turned out to be a best case scenario, and the problem was fixed within an hour, for a very affordable price. This is an amazing company. I have used their services 4 times, and will use them for any future plumbing work. Vanessa at the office is very responsive. Andrew is knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed with his honesty as well - he recommended having the City come out and augur the main pipe (a free service), instead of doing it himself and charging me. I was so happy with the installation of two new toilets that I paid for a new toilet for my parents as well!

After receiving an astronomical quote from another plumbing company, we contacted Calgary Plumbing and Drains for a second opinion on a washing machine tap installation. Not only were they more knowledgeable, friendly and solution focused, they were also far more reasonable in the price they quoted.

I contacted Calgary Plumber & Drains on Good Friday at 10:30pm on their website and received a return email from them within 30 minutes. They were able to come the next day and address my slow drain. They cleaned it out and then recommended a hydro-flush. As well as the drain, I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Andrew from Calgary Plumber & Drain let me know that I had loosened it when I was plunging my backed up sink and then showed me that it could easily be fixed by tightening the screws on the strainer - without charging me anything. I have used all of the main plumbers in the city. However, Andrew was by far the best plumber I have ever used. He came immediately at night to help us out. His advice was clearly in our, not his, best interest. He gave us so many tips on how to save money and what to look out for. His pricing was so much cheaper than the other companies, but his service was exceptionally better. I cannot recommend this company enough.
