Called five competing businesses, and was most impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness by Arctic Air. Receptionist was friendly, asked good questions, and hassle free with booking my appointment.
Ian Thompson was an absolute beauty - diagnosed my issues quickly and thoroughly, then moved on to rectifying. My company's walk-in fridge and furnace were both back up and running in a morning, and my invoice was more than reasonable!

Contacted this company to come and provide a quote for a known existing issue on a cnc chiller unit. I was informed by the lady who followed up on my inquiry that this would be a service call to just quote the job. I informed her that the part needed was known and we wanted a quote to see if they wanted the job. I was put on a brief hold then told that "policy" is service call for anything even a quotation. I asked if she wanted my business and was greeted with " NO WE DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS" and was hung up on promptly afterwards. Do not use this company, extremely rude and ignorant. I would

Had a furnace issue where the flame kept getting choked out. Had another company come look at it, said it was fixed and the issue returned 2 days later. Of course they said you need a new furnace. Scotts crew was recommended from a friend, they showed up the next morning early, found the issue, fixed it and boom.... heat back in the house and wife is now happy!

Terrible service Company charged me for service call and for an estimate on new AC.$290.00. Had guy come to see what is wrong with my AC he did not know. He looked around wasted time took 1/2 hr to reset my thermostat. he said they would need to come back and figure it out and it would cost over $1000. He said he would estimate for new AC and charged me to do it. Cost for new was over $3800. Had two other estimates for $400 - $600 less and the estimates were free!! Artic Air is A RIP -OFF company!

During the cold snap in Calgary our 15+ year old townhouse in-floor heating wasn’t working (again!); our neighbouring townhouse recommended Arctic Air, and they did not disappoint!

He was on time for the appointment, and I was working from home he was respectful for noise, and he had his mask on and was cognizant of safety and my comfort level working from home. More importantly, he took his time to respond to any questions I had about the boiler and valve repairs.
