Wow, What else can I say about Josh and his incredible crew, he is knowledgeable and trustworthy. It's easy to see how much he loves his job as I had a terrible sewage backup but that was no problem for this crew. Not only did they fix the problem but they found the root of the problem and fixed that too! As to insure no more backups in the future. I don't know many people who can deal with sewage with a smile on their face but Josh certainly does that. Highly recommend A++++

I contacted these guys after reading raving reviews but my rapport with them were disappointing. Joshua wasn't the most flattering person to talk to as he was snappy and had a smug attitude to his tone -like do you want my business? I probably should've not hired them but you live and you learn. Anyway, the plumber that came to install the toilet was pleasant to talk to and finished the job swiftly. He did leave a mess in the bathtub, but I think it was an honest mistake as he cleaned the floors. After the job was complete, I paid Joshua and asked for an invoice. He did not pick up his phone, respond

My basement toilet had been gurgling at random intervals for a few weeks, and I noticed that my toilet would not drain after flushing within 40 minutes of taking a shower. I recalled that Morrison Plumbing worked on my neighbour's renovation project and I had the foresight to ask for their card at that time - so I gave them a call.
They came over at the specified time, removed my basement toilet, and used a camera to find the problem. They walked me through it, and showed me that my line was almost 100% blocked outside. They advised that I limit my usage of water, and they called in an emergency

This company was a pleasure to work with. I had a problem with my basement toilet hardly flushing and my basement drain backing up. I had two other guys come in first and give me quotes. Boy am I happy I called these guys. Josh came out and showed & explained the problem to me instead of just giving me a price like the other guys. They were reasonably priced and got the job done in the period of time they said they would. They cleaned the property before leaving. Highly recommend!

Josh and his professional crew at Morrison Plumbing and Mechanical came and assessed my flooded basement and suggested water proofing and sump pump to be installed. Their crew came the next day ready to work, and completed the job within two days. They were very polite, clean and professional. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone looking for a great job !
