The primary outlook was to be different than all other carpet cleaning companies, by paying attention to what the clients needs are, and fulfilling or exceeding those needs consistently. Dan Burk is an IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner, Master Water Restoration Tech and holds certification in many industry related fields.
Prior to any cleaning our qualified technician will measure the areas you wish to have cleaned, then provide you with a written cost of exactly how much the job will cost. This is done prior to cleaning as our prices are up front and do not change during or after the job is complete. To evaluate carpet areas to be cleaned, identify spots, stains or other problems, such as installation errors.
During the holidays our septic system somehow got plugged and backed up, overflowing all over the bathroom floor, running into the hallway, and soaking a part of the carpeting. I'll spare you the gory details but let's just say it was quite a mess. We cleaned up the best we could but now, even though.
An old tale indeed. Often new clients tell me that their carpet salesman (or a friend) told them not to clean their carpeting until you absolutely have to. In the past I have conveyed maintenance tips and information about carpets being a filter for your indoor environment. The purpose of the filter is to collect the pollutants from within your home and trap them within the carpet fibers.
Q: I've had my carpets cleaned professionally, but I still have urine odors. Why didn't cleaning work? A Fresh urine deposits, when cleaned up immediately, normally respond to conventional detergent cleaning for two reasons. First, the urine doesn't have time to penetrate through the carpet backing where you cannot reach it.

I had hired a "Home Depot" fly by night subcontracted operator to clean my area rugs and was upsold a sanitizer/ deodorizer product. The product left a residue on my carpet and within 6 months my carpet looked dirtier than it had within 25 years of owning it, and it changed the soft feel of the fibers. I can still smell the stinky product on my other rug... I called Dan (who I should have contacted in the first place) and he came, agreed that the carpet 'felt' wrong and hoped that he could remediate the possible damage done to my rug. Dan took the carpet, flooded it, cleaned it properly and returned

It's not often you find a business owner who genuinely just cares about customer experience. Dan took 20 minutes of his time to guide me through step-by-step how to clean a section of my couch that my cat urinated on. He said "this is something you can do yourself and here's how". We live in a time where good quality help can be difficult to find. Dan's Carpet Cleaning is that good quality help. Dan came in, fixed the wrinkled carpet, shampooed everything, and took great care to make sure hoses and equipment didn't interfere with baseboards and casings. Great attention to detail and we will be using him again as often as we need him. Thank you Dan.
