Four Seasons Furnace Cleaning & Services is a family owned and operated residential HVAC company established in 1969. Kelly and Claudia purchased the company in 1988. It was a time when interest rates were in the double digits and the owners with a baby on the way. As both owner and a Gasfitter (A) Journeyman, Kelly believes knowledge of the trade and hands on experience in the field are crucial to delivering superior workmanship.
He has proudly supported the Alberta Trades Apprenticeship Program at NAIT for over 25 years, graduating many Gasfitter (A) Journeymen. Some of which have gone on to build their own HVAC companies, a true testament to the skills they acquired from him. Our hot water tank quit on a Friday night and did not notice until we got up Saturday morning. Contacted the 24 hour line and received a call from on call service Tech - he came over Saturday afternoon and confirmed tank needed replacement.
We asked to have one installed the following Monday and they were here in Leduc Monday afternoon. The Technician was very polite and explained things as he went along. Another Technician arrived to help and inside two hours we had a tank removed, installed and working.
Would highly recommend.

Used them in the past, called to get a quote and the female reception called me rude and laughed at me for asking if they had any deals. This woman is not professional at all and is costing this company potential business, Because of her we will never use this company again, just because I was practicing my due diligence on getting prices prior to choosing.

After calling to ask if the technicians coming to work in my home would be vaccinated for Covid, the woman answering the phone was sarcastic and rude. She kept interrupting me to explain that they would not disclose their personal health information. While that is their right, it is mine to cancel their services to protect my kids and because I won’t be spoken to that way.

Four seasons has been my go to for all my furnace and heating issues. The owners are amazing and their staff are some of the kindest people to have enter my home and my business. I appreciate all their feedback and am so grateful I can rely on them… as a single mom it’s hard to manage it all but knowing I can call and they won’t “blow smoke up my ass” or up sell me on things I don’t need is so reassuring. You will not get anything now to prove to your existing customers and potential customers because damage has been done now. Even last week's appointment was also cancelled by giving me the same reason that your estimator met with an accident. I thought that must must be genuine reason but now I know that this kind of pitty reason you give in case you want to cancel the scheduled appointments. And I can understand the knowledge of your staff. I was given 3 ton estimate over the phone for my 1800 sq ft home. This is way oversized. Thanks that I did not utilize your too knowledgeable services.

Yesterday, we had Four Seasons clean our ducts and dryer vent. Aaron and Ryan (I think his name was Ryan?) were amazing. Both were friendly, professional and efficient. They did an excellent job of explaining what they were about to do and answering questions that I had. They are an exemplary representation of your company; you should be very proud of them! We will definitely get in touch with you guys in the future for our furnace servicing and cleaning needs; as well, we will certainly recommend your company as the opportunity arises!

Based on a referral, we first used this company to do a duct and furnace cleaning and Ryan and his partner were very thorough and professional.
We then had Mitch come to service our A/C system which was not operating properly. Unfortunately it was an aged system that needed to be converted to the new style of Freon, so we made the choice to replace the system with a new unit. Two weeks later Mitch, Richard and Shane arrived to install the new air conditioner and flush out the old lines.
Later that day all was new and working very efficiently, just in time for the hot weather.

Four seasons is fast, professional and friendly. The installation team showed up, removed the old hot water tank, installed the new one and everything was up and running in less than 2 hours from the time they pulled up until the time they pulled away. Communication from the main office and installation team was timely, thorough and friendly. They respected mask protocols and were all around excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your furnace or hot water tank needs.

Four Seasons has been out to my home once every year or so for the last decade or more, to clean the ducts and service the furnace. When I had a garage suite built on my property a few years ago, they serviced and cleaned the AC unit and split-duct heating system for that residence as well. They've always provided prompt and competent service. They've never attempted to up-sell me or pressure me to buy any of their products or services.
