Roger cleaned my rental property a few years ago and my tenants were happy with his friendliness and thorough cleaning. I had him come to my house and he gave me an honest assessment of what actually needed to be done, instead of over charging me for something that didn't need cleaning. Roger also gave me some quotes and tips on furnace and AC replacement. I appreciated his on time arrival, responsiveness and knowledge. Overall, you can't beat them on price and customer service. I highly recommend Ducts Unlimited!

Had this company do duct cleaning service a while ago and they were great and the service tech was friendly / professional. The only reason I'm not giving them a 4/5 rating is due to a recent interaction with a Sales Rep. This Sales rep contacted me and was pushy / aggressive in trying to schedule another duct cleaning service for me. Even after I told him I wasn't interested in duct cleaning at the moment (with covid and all), his attitude was "when will you get your cleaning and why not now" which irritated me.
Overall, duct cleaning was good, dealing with the sales rep, not so much.

I HIGHLY recommend this company to others (I already have) and my friends and family call me afterwards to thank me for the recommendation. The price is better than other companies, (flat fee instead of surprises at the end) the service is great, and the response time is great. I phoned around for estimates so save yourself the time doing it yourself, these guys are much cheaper and faster than the competition. Roger is the guy I spoke to, he was awesome!!

Roger was very personable on the phone and I booked a week ahead.
His service tech Jackson was friendly but incompetent. In hindsight he was sketchy and I should have watched him like a hawk but I try to let people work. Offered him a coffee and everything. I can't say he was malevolent in his actions but they appear that way to me. Incompetent at the very least.
My entire house was / is currently covered with very fine dust. I mean everywhere. I can't sleep in my own bed. My family

Fantastic service! I was quite impressed with Jackson taking the time to educate me as he worked through the house. He was very personable, friendly, and overall a pleasure to have in the house to clean our furnace ducts. Price point for the service was excellent as well. My new go-to furnace cleaner, I will definitely use Ducts Unlimited again in the future!

Our bill was double their estimate, I was told approximately $150. And I expected to go over that, I'm thinking $50, which I'm fine with, because our ducts were really dirty. But $300 was not what I was expecting.
If I had know up front realistically the bill would be closer to $300 , I could have prepared for that.
But I guess that's how they entice you to use there services.
Just be honest up front, that's fair.

I had been having troubles with my furnace for a little while. I contacted Ducts Unlimited on the recommendation of my friend and was blown away by the amazing service I received!!!!! Both Roger and Jackson’s level of expertise and professionalism was nothing short of phenomenal!!!! My Ducts and furnace was cleaned to perfection and what’s more, my furnace now runs without a hitch. Roger and Jackson with Ducts Unlimited were honest and even showed me the before and after picture of my Ducts post cleaning. As long as we've lived in this house, we've never had a satisfactory experience with furnace cleaners. Either they didn't show on time, they damaged something in the house, created noise or turmoil, charged me for ducts that never got cleaned or, strangely in one case, required the 220 V dryer outlet to run their equipment (we have a gas dryer) Every cleaner generated a problem until I met Roger at Ducts Unlimited.

I had my dryer duct cleaned and the service was excellent. The service was requested online and Roger called back on the same day. He was punctual and knowledgeable. I asked for my furnaces to be cleaned as well since it had been 4 years. He checked them out and said they were already clean and wouldn't recommend a cleaning.
I was appreciative of the honest service and will definitely call Ducts Unlimited again for any further furnace or duct issues.

I called on Tuesday and they were very informative answering all of my questions. They had an appointment two days later. About 15 minutes prior to my appointment time they called to say they were on their way. Two men arrived right at the scheduled appointment time. They were both clean and professional looking and introduced themselves. They got to work quickly and let me know what they were doing along the way. I was shopping around for a quote to get my ducts cleaned and came across Roger with Ducts Unlimited. Right from the get-go, he offered a great deal with super friendly and professional service.

This was the best furnace cleaning experience I have had. They definitely have the newest technology. It does not require you to leave your door open with a large hose to the van like other companies I've used in the past. The service technicians even cleaned my vent covers. Great customer service and friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
