Once my wife and I decided to get a cedar hot tub (versus typical premoulded plastic "jacuzzi" style spa) the rest was easy. I found Bryan, and Canadian Hot Tubs Inc, through a quick google search and fortunately the showroom is close by in Kitchener, so we were able to stop in to step into a few different sized tubs and figure out which size we wanted. Bryan is a real salt of the earth type of guy - friendly, honest, and helpful. The pricing is very competitive and they are MADE IN KITCHENER!! I hope this review can serve as a guide for you to pick out the perfect hot tub. I know when I was searching it seemed overwhelming. Being the "buy it for life" type, I did close to 50 hours of research, and finally settled on a Canadian Hot Tub. Let me tell you why:
Firstly, after much research on different brands of conventional tubs, I got discouraged at the lack of real info and abundance of gimmicky advertising pushing a bunch of brands. When I thought I found a good well liked tub, a little research below the surface showed lots of people being unhappy with the tub itself or the service
